APAG Holds the Opening Ceremony for Doctoral and Master’s Training and the Graduation and Degree Conferment Ceremony (Second Intake of 2025)
On December 20, 2025, APAG held the Opening Ceremony for doctoral and master’s training programs, together with the Graduation and Degree Conferment Ceremony for doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate programs (second intake of 2025). This event carries special significance, marking important milestones in the journey of study, research, and personal development of generations of APAG learners, students, and doctoral candidates.

On December 18, 2025, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) held the Conference to review the work of 2025 and implement tasks for 2026, comprising three main contents: the Conference to Review Party Work in 2025 and Implement Tasks for 2026; the Conference of Public Officials and Employees in 2025; and the Conference to Review Overall Work in 2025 and Outline Directions and Tasks for 2026. The Conference was held in person at APAG Headquarters, 77 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Giang Vo Ward, Ha Noi, and connected online to the APAG campuses.

On 15 December 2025, at Conference Room No. 4 of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), in collaboration with the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), Singapore, organized the Asia Knowledge Sharing Forum on the Chandler Good Government Index 2025.

On 12 December 2025, at APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) held the closing ceremony of the training program “Modernising the Civil Service; Training and Development of Government Officials and Civil Servants”. The program was chaired by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) and jointly implemented by APAG in collaboration with the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), Singapore.

On 2 December 2025, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) held the opening ceremony of the training course “Modern and Effective National Governance Programme for Emerging Leaders (MENGPEL)”, under the cooperation programme between APAG and the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), Singapore. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Suu, Vice President of APAG, chaired the ceremony.

On November 26, 2025, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) hosted a working session with a delegation of leaders and trainees from the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management (MIGM), Japan. The 19-member delegation visited to study the political system and public administration in Viet Nam. The delegation was led by Mr. Kenji Ozeki, Director of MIGM.

On November 12, 2025, in Ha Noi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), organized a training workshop on “Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for public governance innovation”. This is the first in a series of training activities supported by UNDP to help APAG strengthen its innovation capacity in public governance.
