APAG Celebrates 2025 Commencement, Honouring 1,364 New Bachelors

The Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) hosted its 2025 Commencement Ceremony this morning at the APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi, formally presenting bachelor’s diplomas to 1,364 new graduates representing 13 academic disciplines and nine specialisations.

On the morning of April 28, 2025, the Executive Council of the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) convened an online meeting under the co-chairmanship of Dr. Alex Brillantes Jr., Secretary-General of EROPA, and Dr. Masao Kikuchi, Chair of the EROPA Committee on Future Planning and Programs. Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh, Vice President of the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), attended the meeting from the APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi.

On April 14, 2025, in Ha Noi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) organized the international scientific seminar titled “Vietnamese Development Model and Policies for a Two-Digit Growth: With Special References to the Experience of China, Japan, and Korea”. The seminar was co-chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, President of APAG, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Nghia, Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, HCMA.
