On July 10, 2025, in Hanoi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) held its Graduation Ceremony, conferring university degrees on the 2025 graduates of full-time undergraduate programs at its Ha Noi Headquarters.
On July 2, 2025, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), in collaboration with the Normandie School of Management (EM Normandie) (France), held an international workshop titled “Green Economy Development – Theory and Practice.” The workshop was organized in a hybrid format, with both in-person participation and online connection to the APAG campuses. The event was co-chaired by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Suu, Vice President of APAG, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Thi Kim Tien, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics.
As part of the STRIVE Project, a delegation from the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), led by Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh, Vice President of APAG, participated in the STRIVE Training Workshop themed “Capacity building capitalizing on staff and students experiences in mobility”, held at Tuscia University, Italy, from June 23 to 24, 2025.

On June 3, 2025, at APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi, a working session was held between a delegation from the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), Singapore, and the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), aimed at discussing and promoting cooperation in key areas related to civil service reform and the development of public governance capacity in Viet Nam.

As part of its 2025 international cooperation plan and in continuation of initiatives to strengthen local governance capacity, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), from May 19 to June 6, 2025, hosted a series of activities with a high-level expert delegation from the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) to launch the “Inclusive Local Governance” (ILG) Project in Viet Nam.

On the morning of April 28, 2025, the Executive Council of the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) convened an online meeting under the co-chairmanship of Dr. Alex Brillantes Jr., Secretary-General of EROPA, and Dr. Masao Kikuchi, Chair of the EROPA Committee on Future Planning and Programs. The seminar was co-chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, President of APAG, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Nghia, Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, HCMA.
