On the afternoon of July 23, 2026, in Hanoi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) held an online working session with the College of Public Affairs and Policy (COPA), Khon Kaen University, Thailand. The meeting aimed to operationalize the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and advance cooperation programs in training, scientific research, faculty and student exchanges, and the organization of international academic forums.

Applying AI to build Vietnam's Public Service in the New Era: A New Approach to National Development Capacity in the Age of AI

However, most existing works tend to approach AI from the perspective of technology, digital transformation, or administrative reform. The book "Applying Artificial Intelligence to Build Vietnam's Public Service in the New Era," edited by Prof. Vu Minh Khuong, takes a different path: placing AI in relation to state capacity, the quality of the public service, and Vietnam's national development prospects in the 21st century.
