Presented at the ceremony were Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan, NAPA President, Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President; NAPA faculties, staff, lecturers as well as 10 new Doctors and 279 new Masters.
Giving the speech at the ceremony, Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan affirmed NAPA’s role in training high quality human resources for public sectors, meeting demands of the political system and society as a whole. Dr. Hoan congratulated 10 new Doctors and 279 new Masters and emphasize hard-working and research of the graduates. He also hope that the new graduates will promote the ongoing public administrative reform, efficiency and effectiveness of the public sector. At the end of speaking, he invited new to continue their studying in the doctoral training program at NAPA.
