On December 6, 2024, at NAPA Headquarters in Ha Noi, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) held the closing ceremony for the English training course for young public officials identified as potential future public leaders and managers within the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), as well as the B2-Level English training course (aligned with Level 4/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Proficiency Framework) for public officials from MoHA units.

On November 19, 2024, at NAPA Headquarters in Hanoi, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), in collaboration with the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) and the Chandler Institute of Governance (Republic of Singapore), held the Opening Ceremony for a training program dedicated to public leaders of provincial Departments of Home Affairs and senior officials from central ministries and agencies in 2024.

The ceremony was conducted both in-person and online, connecting to the NAPA – Dak Lak Campus (NAPA DAKLAK).
