On the morning of 22 January 2024 (Italy time), within the framework of the Project “Strengthening Internationalization of Vietnamese Emerging Universities” (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”), the delegation of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lương Thanh Cường, Vice President of the Academy, attended the Project Kick-off Meeting held in Bologna, Italy, hosted by the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium.
Within the framework of the Project “Strengthening Internationalization of Vietnamese Emerging Universities – STRIVE”, on the morning of 09 December 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lương Thanh Cường, Vice President of the National Academy of Public Administration, together with the Academy’s working delegation, attended the Opening Session of the International Workshop entitled “Enhancing Capacity in Erasmus+ Project Design and Management”, hosted by Phu Xuan University in Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province.
On 13–14 June 2024, within the framework of the Project “Strengthening Internationalization of Vietnamese Emerging Universities – STRIVE”, the working delegation of the National Academy of Public Administration, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Quốc Sửu, Vice President of the Academy, attended the project workshop held in Évora, Portugal, hosted by the University of Évora.

Within the framework of the Project “Strengthening Internationalization of Vietnamese Emerging Universities – STRIVE”, on 18 March 2025, the working delegation of the Academy of Public Administration and Governance, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Bá Chiến, President of the Academy, attended the international workshop titled “Strengthening Financial Management Capacity in Erasmus+ Projects” held at the University of Évora, Portugal.
