On June 3, 2025, at APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi, a working session was held between a delegation from the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), Singapore, and the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), aimed at discussing and promoting cooperation in key areas related to civil service reform and the development of public governance capacity in Viet Nam.

On April 14, 2025, in Ha Noi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) organized the international scientific seminar titled “Vietnamese Development Model and Policies for a Two-Digit Growth: With Special References to the Experience of China, Japan, and Korea”. The seminar was co-chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, President of APAG, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Nghia, Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, HCMA.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, APAG President, and Mr. Wu Wei Neng, Executive Director of CIG, co-chaired the event.
