On August 21, 2025, at APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) held a working session with the ACE Viet Nam Education Company. On behalf of APAG, Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh, Vice President of APAG, chaired the meeting.

Representing APAG were Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Hoa, Acting Director of the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation, and Dr. Pham Quang Quyen, Deputy Director of the Library and Information Center.

At the session, Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh provided an overview of APAG, highlighting its role in training high-quality human resources for Viet Nam’s public administration, as well as its orientation toward strengthening international cooperation in education and training.
Mr. Lee Jae Hyuk, Chairman of ACE Viet Nam Education Company. In his remarks, Mr. Lee Jae Hyuk expressed his honor to collaborate with APAG - one of Viet Nam’s leading institutions in the field of public management and administration. This cooperation is not only an opportunity for ACE Viet Nam to introduce its strengths in training programs on Information Technology, English, and Korean, but also a chance for ACE Viet Nam to accompany APAG in enhancing training quality to meet the increasing demands of administrative reform and international integration.
ACE Viet Nam is committed to providing modern, practical training programs closely aligned with real-world needs, helping APAG staff, lecturers, and students improve their foreign language and technology skills, thereby enhancing their capacity for integration and adaptation to the global working environment. Mr. Lee Jae Hyuk expressed confidence that the cooperation between APAG and ACE Viet Nam will open up many new opportunities and contribute to building a professional, high-quality public administration workforce for Viet Nam in the new period.
The working session is expected to open up new avenues for cooperation, contributing to improving training quality and promoting APAG’s international integration.
