Founded in 1959, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance is a higher education institution with nearly seventy years of establishment and development.

In the forthcoming period, the Academy of Public Administration and Governance’s development strategy will focus on the following key pillars:

First, to invest in human resource development, with particular emphasis placed on enhancing the quality of lecturers, officials, and employees who possess high professional qualifications, demonstrate professionalism, and play a pioneering role in innovation and creativity.

Second, to place learners at the center by continuously renewing pedagogical methods and developing training programs that are flexible, diversified, and responsive to meet the demands of learners and society.

Third, to strengthen international cooperation and expand global networks to promote the exchange of students and lecturers, as well as academic exchange and  collaboration

Fourth, to enhance cooperation and establish close linkages with agencies and organizations across both the public and private sectors in the areas of education and training, scientific research, and technology transfer.

Fifth, to develop the Academy into a center for scientific research, innovation, policy consultancy, and technology transfer in governance, management, and public service delivery, in response to the needs of society.

Sixth, to invest in physical facilities and technological infrastructure, promote modern university governance, and develop a green and digital academy that meets the requirements of higher education development in the digital era.
