Mission
The Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG) is a multidisciplinary higher education institution under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. APAG’s mission is to provide high-quality education and professional development for public sector human resources; to act as a national center for research, innovation, and knowledge transfer; and to deliver evidence-based policy advice aimed at strengthening administrative capacity, public management, public governance, legal frameworks, and related fields. Through these functions, the Academy contributes to sustainable socio-economic development and supports public service reform in accordance with national development strategies.
Vision
By 2030, APAG aims to become a leading national higher education institution in education and training, scientific research, and policy advisory services in the fields of public administration, state management, public governance, and law.
By 2045, APAG aspires to meet international standards of university governance in education and training, scientific research, technology transfer, international cooperation, and the delivery of public services in the areas of public administration, public leadership, state management, public governance, and related fields.
