Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lương Thanh Cường, Vice President of the National Academy of Public Administration, delivering remarks at the workshopIn his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lương Thanh Cường noted that the National Academy of Public Administration consistently prioritises capacity-building activities across functional units, academic faculties, and among managerial staff, lecturers, and civil servants. This is achieved through the nomination of personnel to participate in international workshops hosted by the Academy or by external organisations, as well as through opportunities for lecturers and staff to attend training courses aimed at enhancing English proficiency, among others.
According to the Project’s implementation plan and timeline, as reflected in the first Quality Report issued in the ninth month of the Project, the National Academy of Public Administration, as a Project partner, has fully completed and met the schedule for the tasks under Work Package 1 (Project coordination and quality control), Work Package 2 (Overview on Erasmus+ programme in higher education sector), and part of Work Package 5 (Dissemination).
At this workshop, the international and national coordinating units continued to provide training to Project members on “Building capacity for Erasmus+ project design and management”, under Work Package 3, and facilitated discussions on matters related to ensuring the sustainability of Erasmus+ Projects, under work package 6, which is expected to be implemented in November 2026. Through the activities conducted during the workshop, partner institutions expressed their confidence that internationalisation efforts will continue to advance and generate strong, widespread impacts on lecturers and students at each participating institution, thereby contributing to improved teaching quality and student outcomes.
