On the morning of November 18, under the cooperation framework between the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC), the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the China Business Executives Academy, Dalian (CBEAD), a unit under the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) of China, the Opening Ceremony of the Training course for Viet Nam’s state-owned enterprises (SOEs) executives was held in China.

Training course “Enhancing effective local governance and leadership competencies” for leaders and managers of Tay Ninh Province: Leveraging learning outcomes and practical lessons

On December 3, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province and the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), held the closing ceremony of the international training course on “Enhancing effective local governance and leadership competencies” for leaders and managers of Tay Ninh Province.

CAG Concludes Excellence in Governance Programme for Vietnamese Public Sector Leaders from Tay Ninh

20 senior public sector leaders from Tay Ninh province in Vietnam, comprising department directors and district-level People’s Committee chairpersons, successfully completed the Excellence in Governance Programme. Conducted in Singapore from 12 to 15 March 2024, the programme was delivered by the Chandler Academy of Governance (CAG) in collaboration with the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) of Vietnam. The programme aims to strengthen public sector capabilities in Vietnam, which serves as a foundation for strong nations.
