On October 20, 2025, at APAG Headquarters in Ha Noi, a Sworking session took place between the Academy of Public Administration and Governance (Viet Nam) and the delegation from the Jiangsu Administration Institute (China).
The meeting aims to strengthen cooperation, promote academic exchange, and share experiences in training for public servants between the two institutions.

Prof. Zhang Jie, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Teaching and Research in Philosophy.
Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh, Vice President of APAG.In his welcoming speech, Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh expressed his honor to receive the delegation from the Jiangsu Administration Institute - one of China’s leading institutions in public administration training and political theory research. He also introduced the functions and missions of APAG and emphasized that this visit would be a meaningful activity that would strengthen cooperation, academic exchange, and mutual understanding between the two academies. Furthermore, he hoped the meeting would open up new opportunities for collaboration in training, research, and the development of public administration personnel in the coming period.
The working session focused on key discussion areas, including training for public servants, academic research activities, and academy governance models, as well as exploring future directions for cooperation.
