APAG works with the delegation from Jiangsu Administration Institute (China)

The meeting aims to strengthen cooperation, promote academic exchange, and share experiences in training for public servants between the two institutions.

Representing APAG were Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh, Vice President of APAG; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Dean of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Science – Foreign Languages – Informatics; Dr. Pham Van Dai, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics; Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Hoa, Acting Director of the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation; and Ms. Le Thi Tuyet, Deputy Director of the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation.

Representing the Jiangsu Administration Institute delegation were Prof. Yang Ming, Standing Vice President of the Institute (Head of Delegation); Mr. Liu Feng, Chief of the Office of the Institute; Mr. Fei Weimin, Dean of the School of Continuing Education; Prof. Sun Yaowu, Dean of the Faculty of Teaching and Research in Economics; Mr. Zhong Yimin, Deputy Head of the Postgraduate Division; and Assoc. Prof. Zhang Jie, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Teaching and Research in Philosophy.

In his welcoming speech, Dr. Bui Phuong Dinh expressed his honor to receive the delegation from the Jiangsu Administration Institute - one of China’s leading institutions in public administration training and political theory research. He also introduced the functions and missions of APAG and emphasized that this visit would be a meaningful activity that would strengthen cooperation, academic exchange, and mutual understanding between the two academies. Furthermore, he hoped the meeting would open up new opportunities for collaboration in training, research, and the development of public administration personnel in the coming period.

The working session focused on key discussion areas, including training for public servants, academic research activities, and academy governance models, as well as exploring future directions for cooperation.

On behalf of the delegation, Prof. Yang Ming, Standing Vice President of the Jiangsu Administration Institute, expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership of APAG for the reception. He highly appreciated APAG’s achievements in renewing training content and methods, as well as in research activities. He also affirmed his desire to strengthen cooperation between the two sides through academic exchange programs, faculty and student interactions, and joint research projects in the future.

The meeting reflected the spirit of friendship and solidarity between the two institutions. It also opened promising prospects for closer and more effective collaboration in the new period, contributing to the sustainable development of educational, training, and public administration research cooperation between Viet Nam and China.
